Colonized Mushroom Grain Spawn

This is a 2kg bag of soaked whole oats supplemented with calcium that has been sterilized and inoculated with a mushroom culture.

This grain spawn is best used for inoculating hardwood sawdust, buckets of straw, piles of wood chips or other bags of sterile grain spawn. Often a ratio of 10:1 (substrate:spawn) is used, however it is possible to stretch this out even further if done correctly.

It is not recommended to try and grow your mushrooms directly off of this grain bag.
